Managing your weight can be the toughest task many of us have. In Matthew 6:33 it says But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. In our groups we learn how to bring balance to a part of life that is out of balance.
Last year our seminar was a First Place 4 Health Launch challenging everyone in attendance to give us a year.

I hope you will be able to join us Saturday, September 5th for this Second Annual Event. This is a free event but we are taking registrations to prepare for attendance. Please register by August 22nd. Bring a car load or a van full but most of all come! We had a great time last year and this year you will find encouragement and motivation to press on for one more year.
